Nope, not yet. WP Sandbox does not yet have a GitHub integration.

However...

It is possible to piece together your own Github integration in your sandboxes using SSH, the WP-CLI, and GitHub Actions. 

An easy way to accomplish SSH deployments from GitHub is to use DeployBot or DeployHQ. Currently, DeployBot supports up to 10 sites for free, and DeployHQ supports up to 5 deployments per day for free.

Another workaround: you can use a plugin such as Git Updater to keep your sandbox updated to a particular theme or plugin version from a specific Github repository.
