My magic link is not creating sandboxes based on my template

If the magic link you're using isn't creating the sandbox you're expecting, take a moment to double-check you're actually using the correct magic link. 

Click into the template details screen for the template you wish to use, then copy the magic link from that page.

There's a known issue in Safari where copying the magic link sometimes doesn't copy the full magic link URL. We're working on a fix for this.

The magic link shown on the "Create Sandbox" screen serves a different purpose, and sometimes it's easy to confuse that magic link with the magic link in the template you're really interested in spawning new sandboxes from.
